These Terms are the general rules for using the website intertex-wedding.com. Product specifications, price, payment and delivery terms, required documents and any other particulars of a specific order are agreed individually and recorded in the documents of your order; the parties’ obligations arise from those documents.
1. Who we are
The website intertex-wedding.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Herman Valeriy Vasylovych, a Ukrainian sole proprietor (FOP HERMAN VALERIY VASYLOVYCH), trading as Intertex (“Intertex”, “we”). Location: Ukraine, Chernivtsi region. E-mail: info@inter-tex.com.ua, phone: +380 50 337 00 77.
These Terms cover the use of the Site and the sending of inquiries through it. By using the Site you accept these Terms; if you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
2. What this Site is
Intertex is a Ukrainian manufacturer of wedding dresses, evening dresses and veils. The Site is a catalogue of our models and a way to get in touch with us. On the Site:
- there are no prices, no basket, no online payment and no customer accounts;
- you can browse models and collections, add models to a Selection and send it to us with an inquiry;
- you can send a partner application, a wholesale terms inquiry or a message via the contact form, or write to us on WhatsApp, Telegram or Viber.
A Selection is a working list for the manager, not an order. The information on the Site (descriptions, photographs, videos) is not a public offer.
3. Who the Site is for
The Site is intended for professional buyers: bridal salons, boutiques, distributors and other businesses working with wedding and evening wear. We do not sell at retail through the Site. If you are a private individual, your inquiry will still be reviewed and the manager will tell you whether we can help.
An inquiry on behalf of a company is sent by an adult who is entitled to act for it: that is the person with whom we agree the order.
4. How an order works
- You choose models in the catalogue, optionally build a Selection, and send an inquiry via a form or a messenger.
- The manager contacts you, clarifies the models, availability, sizes and terms, and sends a quotation.
- You approve the quotation and the order is placed. An inquiry through the Site is not in itself an order.
Colours and fabric textures on screen may differ from the real ones because of display settings. Please check the details of a specific model with the manager.
5. Typical terms (for guidance)
The final terms of each order are recorded in the documents of your order; below is how we usually work.
- First order: from 5 pieces.
- Prepayment: 50%. The payment method is agreed with the manager.
- Lead time: approximately 21 business days; it depends on the production workload and is not a guarantee.
- Delivery: within Ukraine by Nova Poshta; international delivery is arranged individually, and the manager confirms the cost and conditions.
- Defects: notify the manager within 10 days of receiving the order.

6. Site materials
The photographs, videos, descriptions, model and collection names, texts, logo and design of the Site belong to Intertex or are used by us lawfully. Copying, publishing, selling or otherwise using them without our prior written consent is prohibited. You are free to browse the Site and build a Selection in order to send us an inquiry.
7. Rules of use
When using the Site you must not:
- use it for any unlawful purpose;
- enter knowingly false data in the forms, or other people’s data without their permission;
- transmit malicious code, interfere with the operation of the Site or circumvent its protection;
- automatically collect data, images or other content of the Site (parsing, scraping) without our written consent;
- collect personal data of other users.
In the event of a breach we may restrict access to the Site and decline to process an inquiry.

9. Information on the Site and liability
We take care to keep the information on the Site accurate, but descriptions, availability of models and the product range may change. The current characteristics, availability and terms of a specific model are confirmed by the manager. We may correct errors and update the content of the Site without notice.
We are not responsible for the content or operation of third-party services linked from the Site (messengers, social networks), or for interruptions of the Site caused by technical reasons beyond our control.
These limitations do not apply to intentional misconduct on our part or to cases where the law does not allow liability to be limited.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms, for example when the Site’s features or our typical terms change. The new version is published on this page with its date and applies to further use of the Site. Orders whose terms have already been agreed in writing are not affected.
11. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. We aim to resolve disputes by negotiation: write to info@inter-tex.com.ua and we will reply within 30 calendar days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved by the competent court. If you are a consumer, the choice of Ukrainian law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence.
