Return Policy

We do not sell through an online shop with payment on the Site: we work with bridal salons on individual orders, and the terms of each order, including defects and returns, are recorded in the documents of your order.

If you find a defect in an order you have received, notify the manager within 10 days of receiving it. Our general terms are described in section 5 of Terms of service.
