A boutique with one or two points of sale
You need a collection that looks consistent on the rail and models you can talk about with confidence at a fitting. Each Intertex line has its own character and year, so you can build a clear range around two or three lines instead of picking single dresses from everywhere. Your manager helps with that choice, and with the question every boutique asks first: which silhouettes does my clientele actually ask for?
A chain or a salon with several locations
You need the same range to work in more than one salon, and one person who knows your account. Orders, questions and model details go through a single manager, so you are not explaining the same brief twice.
A distributor
You need to understand the whole range before you take it to your own market. Five current wedding lines, plus evening dresses, boudoir dresses and veils, are all in the catalogue with photos, and some models have video. Tell the manager which country and which kind of salons you supply, and the conversation starts from there.

Everything else, from the make-up of the order to delivery, is agreed with your manager. The manager also sends the quote for your selection once the models are confirmed.
Delivery within Ukraine goes by Nova Poshta. International shipments are arranged individually, and the manager confirms the route, cost and conditions with you before anything is sent.

How do I find out the terms for my salon?
Send an inquiry or a selection. The main terms are listed above; the manager confirms the models and availability with you directly and sends the quote for your selection.
What is the minimum order, the payment and the lead time?
Your first order starts at 5 pieces. Prepayment is 50%. Standard production lead time is approximately 21 business days and may vary depending on current production workload.
What if a dress arrives with a defect?
The salon lets us know within 10 days of receiving the order.
Can a dress be changed for my client?
Length and sleeves can be adjusted, and a dress can be made to measure. The manager confirms the options and conditions for the model you chose.
Do you ship to my country?
Within Ukraine we ship by Nova Poshta. International delivery is arranged individually; the manager confirms cost and conditions before shipping. We work with salons in Ukraine, Romania, Moldova and Europe; other international supplies are arranged individually. Intertex does not work with Russia.
